I've been working in the jewelry industry for over 30 years now. Starting out with LeRoy jewelers in 1989, then managing Kay jewelers at the Franklin Park Mall in Toledo, Ohio. I have been through extensive training in sales, management, jewelry, diamonds, gemstones (Certified Diamontologist and Gemologist), and have dabbled in just about every ad promotion known to man.
I've not only worked at large nationwide chains, but great independent jewelers like Dolgin jewelers, so I know the business inside and out. I also know computers (Microsoft certified; MCSA), graphic design, and photoshop (my specialty).
So everything I know is all rolled into one; graphic design, computers, and jewelry.
